I get what youre saying absolutely. Problem though is that the market would have to be flooded with the want for said products like the manifolds I showed a few days ago and the rods I introduced in this thread. The market is slim for applications like what I offer but I specialize in that field of unique and one off applications. Im not in it for mass production and if one were to try and do that they would invest so much money and get little to no return for something in particular this community isn't really going to convert to on a normal basis. There are things that can be copied and offered for less being made of lesser grade materials and practices but this community (TT.net) knows better by far what you get when you skimp out and cut corners. You are the foundation to all the businesses here and without you all supporting me and others we would not have doors to open to do what we like/love. My spin on that is I don't want to be the bolt on application builder. I like being one off and specialized for serious applications. It pushes me to be more creative on engine internals and design work for other components. With me...I can think it and do it and implement it and be the first to successfully work the parts and systems the rest who copy or follow are fine IMO...the thing I look for and I say this for all here is that they want the recognition of being the one who did the innovative idea and process that made the systems/parts better. Anyone can assemble an engine with bolt on parts...its the few of us that build and develop new/better parts that pave the way. Those that want to live in the shadow is fine..but nothing grows in shadows..it only gets darker.
